It depends on the kids. If they're taught properly, and they know what's right and wrong, then it's all good. I've had tons of people compliment me on my daughter's manners. She says please, thank you, excuse me, may I and all that stuff. Plus she's normally calm and doesn't talk back to me. It bugs the hell out of me when I see kids straight up tell their parents "No" or "Give me that" or throw a tantrum because mommy or daddy said no to something, and then the parents are pushovers and give into what their kids want. Call me old fashioned, but I think kids need to be taught better by their parents, and if their parents can't teach them, then the parents themselves need to be taught.
(Sorry bout the rant lol <3) ps. good luck with getting your school stuff worked out.
I work at a school and even the kids who do act like the devil, they can see who out to get them in trouble and who is a genuinely nice person. Some adults will only pay attention to a kid when they misbehave and that's how they learn to get attention. If they've already leaned that at home, that's why they do it at school. If the only attention you give to a kid is negative, it's all you will ever get in return. Sorry about that. Probably more than you wanted to know.
